So, if you haven't already looked at my poetry, then you wouldn't have noticed that I don't exactly follow any standard poem formats.
Explanation: Poetry, for me, is a way of expressing my thoughts, and since my thoughts tend to run a lot faster than I can normally type, I like to have as much freedom as I can when I write. In other words, if I were to try to write my poems with standard rhythm/rhyme (or any others) structures it would turn into something much harder for me, and my thoughts would not be able to flow like they do when I write.
